Colombres, Spain.
The International Rally for 2010 is being organised on behalf of the NOC by the local club M.C. Pistón. The location is Colombres in Northern Spain close to the spectacular mountains of Cantabria and the Picos de Europa.
The rally will feature runs out into the hills and the site itself offers both hotel and camping accommodation. Colombres lies between the Northern coast of Spain and the mountains about 45 miles (75 km) by road from Santander and about 95 miles (160 km) from Bilbao
There is a village 1km from the rally site, a petrol station at 2km and the centre of Colombres is just 4km away.
The Colombres site is the base for an annual rally of pre-1980 motorcycles, also organised by M.C. Pistón. The rally will include runs out into the mountains, properly marshalled and with emergency pick-up facilities for dead Norton’s. The key feature will be the '5000 Curves run'.
